Frequently asked questions
The most common questions about how Orryn Quote Tracker works, what it costs, and how your data is handled.
Does it send emails automatically?
- No. Orryn Quote Tracker can prepare a reply or follow-up as a Gmail draft, but it never sends anything on its own — you always review and send it yourself from Gmail.
Does it create quotes?
- No. You keep quoting however you already do — by email, spreadsheet, PDF or any other tool. Orryn Quote Tracker only detects and tracks quotes you've already sent from Gmail.
Is this a CRM?
- No. It's a focused quote tracker — one place to see sent quotes, their status and what needs following up. It doesn't manage a sales pipeline, contacts database or team workflow.
Which email provider does it support?
- Gmail only in this version. Outlook and other providers are not supported.
What Gmail access does it need?
- The minimum needed: confirming your identity when you sign in, reading Sent-mail and tracked-thread messages to detect and monitor quotes, and creating draft replies. It never requests permission to send mail, change settings or modify labels.
Can Orryn staff read my inbox?
- Support staff do not browse customer mailboxes as a matter of course. See the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Terms for the full detail on who can access what, and when.
How does AI use my data?
- AI assists behind the scenes — for example, helping identify quote details or draft a follow-up — but it never decides things like marking a quote Won or Lost for you, and your data is not used to train general-purpose AI models. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
What happens if detection is uncertain?
- Detected details are shown for you to confirm or correct — Orryn Quote Tracker doesn't guarantee it catches every quote, and it never silently guesses on your behalf.
Can I disconnect Gmail?
- Yes, at any time from Settings. Disconnecting stops further Gmail access immediately; your existing tracked quotes remain in your account.
Can I export/delete my data?
- Yes. Self-service export and account deletion are both available from Settings — see the Privacy Policy for the exact retention and deletion timelines.
What happens if I cancel?
- Your subscription ends and access becomes read-only, then your account moves toward deletion on the schedule set out in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can export your data before that happens.
What is the founding price?
- £15/month, available to the first 100 eligible accounts while founding places remain — see Pricing for the full detail.
What happens to the founding price if I cancel?
- Voluntary cancellation ends founder entitlement when the paid subscription ends. Founder places are not recycled or held for later re-signup at the same price.
Is there a free trial?
- No free trial and no free tier. Solo is £15/month (founding price) or £25/month (standard price), billed monthly.
Is it suitable for a team/multiple mailboxes?
- Not in this version. One Solo account covers one person and one monitored Gmail mailbox — there's no team or multi-mailbox plan yet.
Where can I get support?
- Email support@orryn.studio, or see the Support page for the full detail on how we handle your request.
