What to expect

These are monitored mailboxes, not a staffed help desk with a published response-time guarantee. We do not commit to a specific service-level agreement in V1 -- we reply as promptly as we reasonably can, and security reports receive priority attention.

Please don’t send us

To keep your account secure, please do not email us your password, an OAuth token, or content copied from your Gmail mailbox unless we specifically ask for it to investigate an issue you have reported. We will never ask for your password.

• Billing and invoices: manage your subscription directly from Settings > Account & Billing (Stripe Customer Portal).
• Data export or account deletion: Settings > Account.
• Legal documents: Privacy Policy, Terms, Data Processing Terms, Subprocessors, Cookies & Storage.
