Terms of Service

These Terms have been prepared for owner and legal review ahead of public launch and have not yet received professional legal sign-off -- clauses marked for legal review below are not final. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Orryn Quote Tracker is operated by Adam Wright, trading as Orryn(“Orryn Quote Tracker”, “we”, “us”). Our public business correspondence address is:

2. The product

Orryn Quote Tracker connects to a single Gmail mailbox, detects quotations you have already sent, monitors the resulting conversations, and gives you a prioritised follow-up queue. V1 is a single-user, single-business, single-Gmail-mailbox, Gmail-only product. It is not a general CRM, invoicing platform, job-management system or broad sales pipeline, and it does not currently support Outlook, teams/multiple users, or automatic sending of any kind.

3. Your account and responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate account and business information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • You are responsible for your own lawful use of your Gmail mailbox and your customers’ information, including any notices or consents you owe your own customers.
  • Orryn Quote Tracker depends on Google/Gmail availability and your continued authorisation of the Gmail connection; we are not responsible for Google service outages or your revocation of access.

4. AI-assisted features

Orryn Quote Tracker uses AI to help classify candidate quotation emails, extract quotation fields and draft suggested replies and follow-ups. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Drafts are suggestions for your review -- Orryn Quote Tracker never sends an email automatically, and you remain responsible for reviewing and sending any message yourself from Gmail.

5. Subscription and pricing

Orryn Quote Tracker is sold as the Solo plan (one person / one mailbox) on monthly billing only, with no free trial. Billing begins immediately after your first successful payment.

  • Founder price: the first 100 eligible paying accounts receive £15/month for life while continuously subscribed. Voluntary cancellation ends founder-price entitlement; rejoining later uses the then-current price.
  • Standard Solo price:£25/month once the founder cohort is full.
  • Prices shown are the total payable, including VAT where applicable. Before we are VAT registered, no VAT is charged.

6. Failed payments and founder recovery

If a recurring payment fails, you keep full access for 7 calendar days (a billing warning is shown throughout). If unresolved after day 7, paid functionality is suspended and the account becomes read-only. A founder account has 30 calendar days from the first failed payment to recover the same subscription and keep the founder price; after that window, founder entitlement ends and reactivation uses the then-current price.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Settings through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid monthly period; full access continues until then, and no further renewal is taken. Cancellation does not itself delete your account or data.

8. Refunds

We do not provide routine prorated refunds. Refunds or credits may be given for duplicate charges, confirmed technical or billing errors, material service unavailability we determine warrants compensation, fraud without your involvement, or where legally required. Refunds are not normally given merely because you changed your mind, forgot to cancel, did not use the product, or cancelled partway through a paid month.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abusive chargebacks, unlawful use, attempted security compromise, or other serious violations of these Terms. Refunds in these circumstances remain discretionary unless legally required.

10. What happens when your subscription ends

Gmail access, credentials, watches and live processing stop. Your account becomes read-only for 90 calendar days, during which you may inspect your data, request an export, request immediate deletion, or reactivate at the then-current price (founder pricing is not restored after voluntary termination). You may also request immediate deletion at any time -- see our Privacy Policy for the full retention schedule.

11. Third-party dependencies

Orryn Quote Tracker depends on third-party services including Google (Gmail/OAuth), Stripe (billing), our AI provider, and our hosting and database providers -- see the Subprocessors page. We are not liable for outages or changes caused by these providers’ own services.

12. Acceptable use

You must not use Orryn Quote Tracker to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or another account, to send spam or unlawful content through any connected mailbox, to reverse-engineer the service, or to use it for a mailbox or business you are not authorised to represent.

13. Intellectual property

We own Orryn Quote Tracker and its software, design and content. We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own business while subscribed. You retain rights to your own business data.

14. Service availability

We work to keep Orryn Quote Tracker reliably available but do not guarantee any specific uptime service-level agreement in V1. Planned maintenance or third-party outages may affect availability.

15. Liability and warranty (marked for legal review)

Orryn Quote Trackeris provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential loss. The exact liability cap, exclusions and consumer-protection carve-outs appropriate for a UK sole-trader SaaS require professional legal drafting before this clause is treated as final.

16. Governing law (marked for legal review)

We intend these Terms to be governed by the law of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having jurisdiction -- pending confirmation during professional legal review and the owner’s approval.

17. Changes to these Terms

We will update the version and date at the top of this page when we make material changes, and will take reasonable steps to notify active account holders of significant changes.
